We offer a range of flexible virtual services, including telephone call handling and mail forwarding.
Telephone calls are answered in your own company name and calls can be transferred to a mobile, or messages taken and emailed on. Personalised voicemail boxes can be set up for any calls coming in outwith business hours, which can then be accessed by dialing in remotely.
We are also able to provide digital teleworker handsets, which run over any hard-wired home internet connection, enabling you to make and receive calls from your designated direct dial number and keeping your business calls separate from your personal mobile.
Mail forwarding can be scheduled to fit your preference. Mail can be collected from reception or sent out at cost daily or weekly, as needed.
